A: packNpuff is designed for RAW and CONES brand 1 ¼ (84x26mm) organic hemp pre-rolled cones.

Any pre-rolled cone that is manufactured with these same dimensions should work with the packNpuff. However, we make no guarantees that other brands / styles of cones will fit.

A: All orders that qualify for free shipping are mailed with “First Class Package Service” provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS). These shipments are usually completed within two to three business days after mailing.

If you don’t receive mail at your address you will not be able to receive packages delivered by USPS. To avoid frustrating delays, use an address where you can receive mail.

If you don’t have an eligible mailing address, send the package to:

When the tracking number shows the package has been delivered, you can bring in your tracking number and some form of ID to the post office and they will give you your package.

A: YES! All of our products come in unmarked shipping boxes.

A: Not currently. We produce the packNpuff from a “Clearly Natural PLA” because it doesn’t contain dye. Most colored PLA uses dyes that are not environmentally friendly so we are avoiding them until we find an acceptable option.

A: The most effective way to clean your packNpuff is with 90% Isopropyl alcohol.

A: Size= approx. 1.25”x1.25”x4.5” Weight= approx. 14g (0.5oz)

A: Depending on how fine you grind the plant material and how tightly it is packed, you may be able to make up to a 0.9g pre-roll. If you have a high tolerance the packNpuff also makes Twaxing your pre-roll a breeze!

A: The measuring guide provides estimations that are highly dependent on multiple factors such as: plant material density, fineness of grind, puff volume and the position of the pre-rolled cone in the tube.

A: The packNpuff is 3D printed with a plant based plastic called Polylactic Acid (PLA). We always use Ingeo brand PLA. This plastic is derived from renewable resources such as corn and has far fewer CO2 emissions than “conventional” plastics.

At standard room temperatures and conditions this plastic has durability comparable to conventional plastics. However, this plastic is not designed for use/storage at temperatures above 100°F or below 40°F. Do not store in direct sunlight.
